The best experience a first time extension wearer could ask for. Frankie talked me through the whole process and answered any questions i had clearly and thoroughly which was a great comfort and help. All the staff in the salon were beyond friendly and it was an all round amazing service.

I’ve had the best experience, I booked a consultation with Frankie for a curly perm and she was amazing , because I have bleached hair she kindly told me that is not gonna be possible until the bleached is gone completely, I like the fact that she did not beat around the bush or sweet talk me into other services that my hair did not need . She is amazing at explaining step by step the whole process, giving directions and helping a clueless diy girly . I damaged my hair really bad with bleach and she was amazing at helping me fixing my mistakes and even recommended products for my hair based on what I needed . If you get the chance to book with her , PLEASE DO!!!
