I can't recommend Lucy at Voodoo Liverpool enough! My hair was completely dead, dry, and desperately in need of some serious TLC. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained what my hair needed, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. The transformation was honestly unreal. My hair feels healthier than it has in years—it's soft, shiny, full of life, and looks absolutely incredible. Lucy's attention to detail was amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best possible result for her clients. She didn't rush anything and made sure every part of my hair was perfect. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also so friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole experience even better. I left the salon feeling so much more confident and couldn't stop looking at my hair! If you're thinking about booking with Lucy, do it—you won't regret it. Exceptionally happy. As a neurodivergent person who struggles with haircuts, I felt extremely accommodated and understood. My hair was washed, cut, and styled by Grace, who did an incredible job. I was given a quiet space in the basement where I felt more comfortable and received great communication throughout the service. I’d definitely recommend this place, and Grace, to anyone who finds haircuts challenging or who may need somewhere quieter/more relaxed to get their hair done. 10/10!

Made an appointment at Voodou after having a really bad experience in a different salon. My stylist was Ceyda who put me at ease straight away, she could see how upset I was after my bad experience and took so much time and care during the appointment showing me everything she was doing at each step to ensure I was happy and comfortable. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and I left the salon with my confidence back and a spring in my step. I’m so grateful to Ceyda for her care and attention and for listening to what I wanted and giving me what I needed. Voodou/Ceyda has made a new client for life and I will be recommending to everyone I know!

I had a colour done today by Franky. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. she explained everything clearly step by step about what to do and how to take care of my hair. I couldn't recommend her enough. Iv even signed up for the colour club which I highly recommend doing if you plan to come back regularly

I came in with a literal bird nest for hair uncut for years and box dye damaged and walked out with the cutest looking Calico inspired hair ever and my hair feels softer and shiny than ever

Mark was fantastic! I'm a typical indecisive nightmare to work with, but he gave some fantastic suggestions and some really helpful aftercare advice. Next time I'm back in Liverpool I'll be asking for him by name.

Great hair salon! I went in for a peekaboo red, blonde, and black calico hair look, and Sarah did an amazing job. The colour turned out beautifully, and I was so happy with the result. The atmosphere was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was kept informed throughout the entire appointment, with each step explained clearly. Went in for a consultation on the Friday and got an appointment to have my hair dyed and styled. The staff were friendly and so welcoming, I want to give a special thanks to Ceyda!! she absolutely nailed it and gave me exactly what I wanted. Even better than the reference picture I gave in.
